Is it normal to get that "AF is coming" feeling?
i dont know how to explain it, i guess just slight pressure-down there- and a little light cramping?

Yes very common. I had it for about 10 - 12 weeks

I believe that's common, as is that yukky headachy, fatigued feeling that so often accompanies AF...
