35 weeks and Menstrual Cramp - Like pain?

Is this normal?

I am 35 weeks, and all day today I felt menstrual cramps.

I really can't have a baby out yet. I need her to stay in for at least 3 more weeks!

I have had them on and off too. Having you been doing too much? Try and sit back and relax and put your feet up. Is there any pattern to them? If they are really worrying you, call the doc!!

I had the cramps the week before I delivered. I delivered at 38 weeks.

I had cramps like this but a little stronger last weekend. They started in my lower back and came around to my sides a bit. I was 36 weeks on the nose. They haven't come back again.

I get them too at almost 36 weeks.
I asked my doc and he sai that's stretching, nothing to worry about...

i had menstrual-like cramps from about 32 weeks on, mostly in the morning but eventually they lasted the entire day... they were yucky but not predictive of labor for me. i didn't deliver until 39 week 4 days.

Just had a dr. appt and he confirmed. All normal :)
