I still like Mikaela best, but they are all pretty names.
You could always wait until the baby is born, and see which name you think suits her best.

i voted for kayla i think it's beautiful.
while i like the other names, to be honest i think their spellings are a little difficult and will likely result in people misspelling your daughter's name and her having to constantly spell it for people.
my last name is unusual and kind of tough, and i literally have to spell it out and pronounce it for every single person i meet. 32 years later, i'm used to doing that, but i'm not gonna lie, it gets old!! jmo. good luck

mikayla.....or however u spell it....why?? youre getting kayla out of it, so stick with it, AND i have a friend who named their little girl this, and they call her mika (mee-ka) and i think it is ADORABLE!!!

I like Makaela too - its a hebrew spelling that is why its so - but than started to doubt.
I guess its a good point - with Mikaela I can get Kayla too..
I can't believe how close they all are!!!

Don't worry about not having a name yet...my DH and I disagreed on name even when I was in the middle of the c-section.
Only when we saw our son for the first time did we agree on a name (and it was a name we never considered, and it just fit him).
