37 Weeks and a Biophysical Exam
I just got back from the OB. My little  is 6 lbs 11 oz and everything looks GREAT! I also had my first internal and nothing - not dilated or anything. The OB pretty much said, "prepare your self to be pregnant for another 5 weeks" 
I am so uncomfortable and exhausted - he needs to come out....

I wasn't dilated at all until I went into labor at 41 weeks so you may have less than 5 weeks! I'm glad the BPP went well!
