37 Weeks Pregnant and Light Vaginal Bleeding
I just went to pee and had some very light blood on the tissue paper.
Is this normal? Could this the mucous plug? Could this be a sign of labor to come?
edit: Babycenter says, "If you see some "bloody show" (mucus tinged with a tiny amount of blood) in the toilet or in your undies, labor is probably a few days away — or less."

it could be a sign that labor is coming in the next few weeks, or it could be a sign that labor is imminent!
last time around i didn't see any blood until about 30 minutes before i went into labor... but i know that other people have blood in their plugs...
anyway, i hope this means you'll be a mom soon!

You may be loosing a bit of your plug! It's probably a sign that things are getting started, but it could still be a few days or weeks even.

I'm pretty sure it is part of my mucous plug. I was going to call the doctor if there was more severe bleeding but it is such a tiny amount. I have a doctor's appointment first thing Monday morning so I'll find out more then.
This baby is coming so soon!

I would call the Dr. Even if they tell you to wait for more signs of labor, it is best to keep them in the loop. I had some bleeding 2 hours into my labor, and I know others who had it 2 weeks before they went into labor, so there is no one answer.

Did you recently have an internal? It could be from that.
Although if it continues I would call your dr...i spotted for about 1 day and was nervous so I went in and i was in labor!!
