37 weeks, very mild cramping & nausea
Last night, I woke up to go to the bathroom, and I noticed that I had very, very mild cramping for an hour or so. it didn't come and go, and my belly didn't get hard or feels tense. It was just a very dull consistent cramping, like period cramps. It went away after a bit and I felt fine and baby was moving throughout. Then this morning when was eating breakfast, I had some nausea. It passed within 10 minutes. Is this the start of my body prepping for labor...something else?

everyone is different...but for me that was the start of early labor. i woke up at 3am with mild cramps; they came and went all day (sometimes they would last for about 20 minutes but stop for 2+ hours). at 9pm that night i was in labor, timing my contractions and at 5:20am the next day (24 hours after the cramping started) dd was born
good luck stay hydrated

I had some cramping and my dr told me it was mild contractions. Stay hydrated and put your feet up as much as possible.

For me it usually meant my body was getting ready but for both I didn't go into labor till around 40 weeks. I was having mild contractions around 37-38 seen on monitor at doctors. I had a ton of Braxton hicks that where painful and pressure. Could mean baby is coming soon or you may still have some time left.
