Ever since last night I have been troubled by this strange back pain. It is on my left side - on my back in the area where the top of my ribs would be in the front - like my bra line. it doesn't hurt when i walk around or constantly - it only hurts when - the spot is touched when it is leaned on from any direction - side or back when I cough, laugh or sneeze.
The biggest problem is I cannot lean on it at all without it bothering me - making finding a sleeping or resting position impossible. I am also starting to get worried as to what this could be? Did the baby hit something and bruise me from the inside? Is it something I should be worried about?

ETA: I seem to have found the spot where it is coming from. It is on my left side, ride under my bra and on or between ribs. Like if someone put their arm around you - that is where the sorest part is but, it hurts anytime I lay on my back or side.... Weird...
