3D/4D ultrasound-how many weeks?
Is 28 weeks too early to get some good views of the baby on a 3D ultrasound?
I did them at 32 weeks with DS. But we now live OOS and my parents will be in town while I am 28 weeks- I know my Mom would LOVE to go with me. But I don't want to waste $$ or time if we cannot get a good shot.
Any experiences/thoughts?

They say between 27-32 weeks is the best time as the baby is well developed at this point and still has enough room where they are not all smooshed up against the uterus.

I was also 27 weeks when I got mine done. Pics are in album!! I think its a great time to go!

When I went @16 weeks for gender determination, the tech said actually the best time to come again would be 28 weeks! She said you can get some really amazing images

On the womb pics website, there is a calendar and you put in your due date and they tell you the best time to go. I think it's 28 weeks. I went last weekend at 28 weeks and got GREAT shots!!

We did a package w/ 2 sessions (used the $50 LIF coupon) and I am doing my 2nd this sat at 33w.

I went at 27/28 weeks and got great pics with my 1st pg.
I just went at 30 weeks with this pg and got really good shots and the baby was a little chubbier.
