I'm really interested in having that 3D Sonogram done.

How far along were you when you had it done?

I just did the gold package at Impact at 24 weeks for $175(with the internet coupon). We got some nice pictures

My sono place has all 3D and 4D machines. They just flip a switch during the sono. At my 12 week appmt they said it was too early to use the 3d/4D function. At my 16 week, I asked if they would try, and at the end they did, and I got some beautiful shots. It is so amazing how much detail you can see. You can see her features, what's mine, what's her daddy's. You can even see some expression. In one shot she made this face like she was annoyed..her dad makes the same face.

We are doing just the Gold package, going only once.

This is the description of the Gold PLUS package that has 2 sessions:

With our Gold Plus package you will receive two Gold level 3D/4D ultrasounds. The first will take place between the 20th and 25th week of pregnancy as this is the optimal time for visualizing fetal movement and capturing images of large portions of your baby. The second appointment will take place between 30 and 34 weeks so that you can see how much your baby has grown!

Gold is 20+ minutes.

26-30 weeks is the best time to go, they have a little chubbiness to them.

I'm going to get this set up then. I'd love to go around week 30 so I can see that cute, chubby little baby .

I'm going to call and get it cleared with my doctor, and then call the place to get the appointment. I'm assuming I'll have to call many weeks in advance to secure the date, right?

I went to Impact at 28 weeks. I got the Gold Package. I thought 28 weeks was the perfect time to go. There are pictures in my pregnancy album and the first couple of minutes of DVD footage in my profile.

I had it done at Impact Technologies. I paid $250 for the Gold Plus package so I get to have 2 visits. I went for my first 3D sono at 23 weeks and I am going for my second sono at 31 weeks. It's awesome.......I highly recommend you do it. It was worth every penny!!

I just went 2 Fridays ago to Impact and paid $160.00 with a coupon, and he took off the tax because the projector that we could look at was having some color and focusing issues, for the basic gold package. We waited until I was 34 weeks so that the baby would be nice and filled out. I have pictures in my album and I was very happy with the results.
