3rd row car seat safety
I know there are safety gurus here...
I'm expected a third. Was thinking of getting a bigger car (probably GMC Acadia) & putting 1 or 2 kids in 3rd row.
However, when I read about safety, it looks like the third row isn't tested & is frankly a dangerous place to put kids.
Does anyone have info on this? SUVs that test well?

3rd row car seat safety
I have a GMC Acadia if you have any questions about the car itself. I don't have a car seat in the third row though...but I will say there are airbags that come out from the middle of the car, so I don't think I would feel comfortable with a car seat in front of it.

I have an Acadia. I have two car seats in the captain chairs and a highback booster in the middle of the third row. All 3 were installed by a tech and he never said it was unsafe.

I too have an acadia and once CD#3 comes this month I will have the same setup.

I too have an acadia and once CD#3 comes this month I will have the same setup.
baby due in july and I also have the acadia...using the same set up
