3rd Sono and it's a bust.....

Well not entirely because we were able to get much nicer pictures and re-re-confirm its a girl. BUT we still didn't get clear enough photos of the heart. A recap:

1st level II sono: took pics of everything but "open hands" and "heart"

2nd level II sono: Took almost an hour to get pics of both open hands and by the time she was done with that the baby had turned and it was impossible to get any heart pics

3rd level II sono: Baby was in a better position but squirming so when the tech checked with the doc to see if the pics were clear enough they said no.


Sooooo now I have to go for a fetal echo cardiogram to get finish the heart anatomy....just called them and they said there is a 2 week wait!!! My OB is going to call and see if there is anything they can do.

Plus I am gettting paranoid and wondering if maybe there is something wrong and they aren't telling me....argggg

How frustrating! However, they would have told you if they suspected somthing is wrong. I hope they can schedule something sooner.
