3rd Tri Girls- Back Pain, Ouch!
Just wondering if anyone else suddenly started experiencing back pain around 33 weeks?
Last night, it woke me up a few times and felt like a strong ache between my shoulder blades and on my side ( like the pain you feel when you excercise too much). At times, it feels a little sharp and it made me a little worried.
I think it's most likely from the extra weight in front but it still scared me a little. The only other thing I read about back pain was a kidney infection but that was lower back pain and comes with a fever from what I read... this is upper & middle back.

yes i have been getting this pain for awhile, and lower back pain too......................ahhhhh the joys of pregnancy!

I have been getting this exact same pain!! i could have written this myself. I woke up and actually cried last night it hurt so bad. The worst pain is right between my shoulder blades

Yes and I am absolutely miserable- mine is the lower right like over my kidney- it aches if I sit too long or lay on my back
only thing that makes it better is the heating pad- are we even supposed to use that?

I was told I could use the heating pad, just not over my stomach.

I cried last night too from it!!! At least we're not alone and only have a couple months to go. Thankfully now I see it's normal too... DH wanted me to call the dr in the middle of the night but I figured it was just part of being pregnant.

Im sorry  .. I think its probably bc our posture is changing and we are now carrying around more weight.. but trust me you are not alone. It hurts me all the time too
