4-month sleep regression--when does it improve?

DS went from STTN to waking 3-4 times a night. Chat Icon Last night 3 times was for the binky, and twice was for a bottle.

When does it improve? I have to go back into the office in a couple weeks and can't function on no sleep.Chat Icon

Re: 4-month sleep regression--when does it improve?

DD will be 5 months next week and I'm still going through it.

Although last night, she only woke up once at 12:30 for comfort, and to eat at 5 usually it is like 4 or 5 times a night for no reasonChat Icon

So maybe I'm approaching the end...I hope so, this last 3 weeks were torture...she used to sleep 8-7 straight through!

They go through phases. Same thing happened to my DS. He went through a lot of nighttime changes when we stopped swaddling. You might find that he regresses some weeks and other weeks are back to normal. I would try not to give a bottle if yo don't have to though.
