4 year old pizza party... favor and entertainment help

DD bday is at CPK and I am starting to stress that it wasn't the best choice but it is what it is.

I have no idea what kind of favors to do. Its tecnihcally a frozen party though the invites made no mention of that cause I don't need anymore Frozen stuff in my house the only thing that will have frozen at the party is the cake/cupcake. should I go the route for Frozen theme for the favor or pizza theme both and what ... Also I am not really fan of goody bags. I feel most of the time they come with junk that gets thrown out and the amount of money spent on them I can just get one real nice or couple of nice things for them.

Last year I did a bucket, light up ball, cups, straw and couple of pieces of candy her party was at a ball/bounce place.

Also they are getting paper chef hats to decorate what would you provide has decorations, just crayons/markers?

should I do any kind of entertainment. I hear they could be about a 10-20 minute of down time while waiting for the pizza, should I have something to do to keep them entertain if so what.

I wouldn't bother with favor bags or entertainment.

I agree: I hate favor bags and always throw out the stuff in it: the crayons, cups, candy, bubbles stuff, etc. Best thing I got was paper airplanes (retro cute).

If the time in between is too long, you could always do a sticker craft that is cheap.

That's a cute idea. Get some fabric markers and it could be a favor and kill some down time!

They gave aprons at the one we went to. They had the restaurant to themselves. They just ran around. A game or some entertainment would be good. Too much down time. What about giving an apron and a nice cookie to the kids. Also bring stuff to decorate the hats with. The kids had crayons but it was hard to color the hats. Maybe some markers or fun stickers might work better.

Personalized Aprons would be cute as favors. Just get blank ones and iron on their name and a cute picture, maybe Frozen. We had a cupcake decorating party and I did this and they turned out cute. I got the Aprons at Michael's with a coupon, sewed on a ruffle and put their names on them. Kind of hard to see in this pic, but you get the idea.

Placemats with activities on them would be fun. You could make your own, or order some online. I would bring jewels and foam stickers for the chef hats. If you are feeling creative, you can make flowers out of cupcake liners to put on them. Or flower hair clips would be cute.

I would ask Xelindrya. She just had her DD's party at CPK. It was in Texas but my guess it they will handle them the same way.

Omit the ruffle and it's really not hard! Just print their names from the computer onto Iron On Paper. It's super easy and pretty fool proof!

Re: 4 year old pizza party... favor and entertainment help

I had my dd's 4th at cpk n it was awesome. I did buy cheap aprons on amazon n put their names on them with fabric marker. I also bought foam stickers at the dollar store so they could decorate the chef hat. There is no downtime.. The kids get a tour of the kitchen while the pizza is being made. Honestly it was a great party n everyone had a great time. Fm for more info! If u go to costco u can buy gift cards for cheaper n use them to pay the bill.. U can save luke 20 dollars doin this!
