Feedback on any of these places for Christening
I am looking to do a luncheon. I thought a brunch would be nice but DH is not a fan
Runyon's (Seaford)
Runyon's (East Meadow)
Wantagh Inn (Wantagh)
Hemingways (Wantagh)
RJ Daniels (RVC)
Any other suggestions would be great. The church is in Merrick so I would like to stay in the Merrick, Bellmore, RVC, Seaford, Wantagh area.

we had my DD's 1st birthday at jackie reilley's in bethpage. food was excellent and the price was very reasonable considering we had close to 100 adults and 30+ kids.

I saw this but think it may be a little too far to ask people to travel from the church in Merrick b/c most people will be coming form Suffolk.

Re: Feedback on any of these places for Christening
I had DS 1st bday at Hemingways and it was GREAT! The food was fantastic, service was great. Nothing but positive things to say. We may have DD Baptism there since we were so happy.
My work Christmas party was at the Wantgh Inn one year and it was very nice, but not all that much food.

We had a confirmation party for my son at Hemingways a few years ago. The food and service were both very good.

Il Baccetto in Seaford did a great job for Thomas' Christening party.

We used to go to Runyons all the time for brunch, but they are under new ownership (at least the one in East Meadow) and the service was HORRIBLE the last time we went. I will never go there again.

Re: Feedback on any of these places for Christening
Your DH sounds like mine!! We had a brunch for my sisters bridal shower at Wickers in Hicksville and the food was great!
I would say Hemingways out of the places you listed. We have been to a few things there and it is always good. We really like Runyons too, but I feel like lately they are very inconsistent.

We had 2 showers at the Wantagh Inn and both times were great.
