So count me out for any GTG's any time soon
Ready for a pity post...
I was helping my hubby cover our outside patio furniture and hottub with some tarp on Friday and I heard the phone ring and I started to run inside to get it and my foot got tangled up in the tarp and I fell on my right side---hard-I didn't even get to put my hands down to catch my fall. So anyway-I thought I was fine and put some ice on it. But after a few hours I noticed I couldn't bend my leg and I noticed my right foot was turned out (and being a nurse I know that's bad) so I made hubby take me to the ER thinking I had a bad sprain, etcc....
Wrong-
I broke my darn kneecap in half!!! So now, I am in an immobilizer from my ankle to my thigh, on crutches, out of work for at least 6-8 weeks for it to heal, can't drive since it's my right leg and oh yeah, taking care of a 16 month old!! Can I shoot myself?!?! My hubby has barely any time and has a big project at work so he can't stay home much so my family is pretty much taking shifts to help out.
So if anyone is up for a "bring lunch, cookies, watch Jenna while I sulk on the couch" playdate-that's great with me

Oh I hope your feeling better If your serious I am available on the 29th our daughters aret he same age so they would get along sorry I am not available sooner but I will be going to visit my mom the next t wo weekends.

I feel so bad for you I dont work on Fridays anymore...but I wont be able to really get together until after 1/28 because we are so busy planning Gianna's 1st Birthday. We DEFINITALY have to get together...I cant wait to see you again and meet lil Jenna Fell better
