Yes, good for you.
Macy's salespeople are some of the rudest in the business - especially Herald Square...I seriously have to be in a Zen-Like state before I go there or I will freak out.

I hate Macy's customer service. They always seem so rude.
I love Bed Bath and beyond and their people are always so helpful even their expired coupons they take.

I know. I used a coupon from 2004
Thats great!!!
Hubby and I had store credit, gift cards, plus coupons and walked out of there with over $100 of product and did not pay for any of it

Same thing happen to me once with their coupons. I thoroughly checked the exclusions yet she still said she wouldn't take it. I never complain - I get so embarrassed when I do but I did that time. It still got me nowhere.
Their customer service is just horrible.

I try to avoid macy's at all costs! I had a bad experience with them when i was looking for a wedding dress.
And, they made SIL cry when she worked there!

Macy's always has those stupid coupons that excludes everything, there is no point to them. Their associates are so used to them they probably don't even think about them- but that is not right on their part, the fact that she wouldn't even try is ridiculous. The people who work in all the Macy's always seem to be in a bad mood, I don't get it.
BB&B will use any coupon - even an expired one from Linens and things. they rock!

I like macy's herald square b/c I often find stuff that I'm looking for, but I HATE the customer service at just about every macy's. Once in a while, I get a good person at the one in Roosevelt Field. The one by me in Queens is pathetic!
