UPDATED!! With Pic...I need labor vibes....
At just about 38 weeks, after 9 weeks of strict bedrest mostly in the hospital and the last 3 weeks I've been 1cm dialated and 100% effaced I need this baby out!!!! I have been walking so much I can barely move today......I need to have this baby!!!! They tried keeping him in there for the last 10 weeks and now that he can come he's stuck in there. The baby is so low that they said they barely have to stick a finger in there to feel his head.....why is he waiting!!

Well ladies thanks for all the labor vibes, I'm sure they helped!! My water broke at 4:15am after this post, and our beautiful baby boy was born on 4/21 at 8:56am! He was 6lbs 7oz, 20.5 inches long. We got home yesterday and are adjusting to becoming parents. My labor was fast, when I got there at 5am I was 4cm, they moved me into a delivery room and the contractions started coming every 2-4 mins and they were painful!!!!!! So I asked for the epi, they checked me and I was 5cm and they said they would get going on the epi, about an hour later I told them I couldn't take the pain anymore and that I needed to push and get the epi asap so they checked me and I was 10 cm and ready to push....I started at 7:45am and at 8:56 am he was out!! The pain was awful especially since I didn't get to have any pain meds but if I could choose either a long labor with meds or the one I had without meds, I'd definately choose the faster labor! I wound up not need an episiotomy which I'm happy about. I'm still in pain but the pain meds work wonders! I still can't believe he is here, he is so perfect!! For the ladies delivering at Winthrop it was a great experience with them, the L&D nurses were awesome, they're the only ones I wanted anything to do with during the pushing!! Also the nurses upstairs took really good care of both of us, and showed us how to do everything. Well I just wanted to let you guys know the jist of how things went down, I'm off to check on my little buddy!
