Omg, I feel completely terrible for many reasons. Not only because you have been diagnosed, but, because I have been under a rock, and didn't find that out until now.
I believe that regardless of the diagnostic, you will pull through. You've been through many trials in your life, and have pulled through each time. You are a strong & positive person, and I have all the faith in the world that you will be around long enough to post your 100,000 post on LIF.

deb, i just read your post- i cant even imagine how you must be feeling right now!!!
but i have also read that most tumors of the brain are non cancerous and operable with a great prognosis....if they do operate it will most likely to be alleviate the symptoms
i will be praying for you!!!!! i really feel in my heart that everything will be fine

Deb, my dad has a brain tumor...and prostate cancer...He has what's called a prolactinoma and the good news is it is very controlable with meds and has not gotten any bigger. It causes him headaches, but that's really it. In my dad's case, it was directly connected to prostate cancer...which he also has under control with radiation seeds.
I guess what I'm trying to say is that it's great you found out now and it can be kept under control. Best wishes to you and yours!
