Bored... what to do? *Update at doctor's office...
My due date is tomorrow. I don't think I'm giving birth tomorrow but....who knows?
I've scrubbed the floors about a zillion times, vacuumed, dusted, etc...Basically the house is CLEAN. My bags are packed baby clothes are folded, crib is set and the toys are all equipped with batteries...
My question is....what else do I need to do?
And by the way....I've rested a lot....I just can't stop moving!!!

Im right there with ya. Im still working until the 10th but I feel really bored for some reason, I feel like all I can think of is the baby and how I want this baby out. LOL.
How about scrapbooking, writing in the baby's book, def walking, getting pedicures/mani hair done, organizing, reading I cant wait till I get out of work so I can do this, my job is so boring I daydream all day about the baby!!

Walk, have sex, and get a pedicure!
You might also consider cooking (if you cook) some meals that can be frozen so you don't have to worry about food during the first weeks.
And REST... for heaven's sake woman... you know you aren't going to be getting much sleep for the next few months so enjoy it now!

I've done my hair, had a manicure & pedicure, prepared meals in the freezer.
I think I'm asking my doctor for a sex note tomorrow because DH is still "uncomfortable".
I haven't heard of the spicy food though...I should try that!!

shop
get the car washed
organize phone # and adresses for annoucements
watch baby story on tlc.
watch movies

write in the babies book. get announcements ready, and do alot of WALKING. walking will definetly get things moving along. i have never heard of the spicy food thing though. thats something new.

My Dr also suggested to me that I take Evening Primrose Oil pills to help get things moving... I don't want to tell you to take anything but you could ask your dr about it. Also - get the note!!

You're nesting sweetie!! It's almost time! Your body is prepping for the big day! My sister started painting the ceilings the day her daughter was born.
Seriously, you need to REST!!! How about chilling with a good book or taking a nice, long walk. Some nookie wouldn't hurt too!

Well I went to the doctor, they checked my weight, blood pressure, pee....but he didn't do an internal. I wonder why??? He just listened to the baby's heartbeat, said eveything is good and that it's coming soon.
He told me to have lots of intercourse (as he put it) and to come in again on Monday, however if anything happens, call them sooner.
I'm wondering why he didn't do an internal though???

Thanks...I just got back from a nice 45 minute walk....and it really felt good to get out and exercise.
Now only if he'll come out!!!
