Me too! I curly hair.
I understand the desire for JHS, though. Everyone with curls says it takes forever to style.
I think a lot of what takes time when you have curley hair is straightening it!
I think that putting some mousse or gel in your hair and letting it airdry is VERY easy. That's my routine. But I do realize that a lot of people blow dry with diffusers, use lots of different products, and go through a more elaborate process. That's just what works for me. It's easy.

I used to have pin straight hair and then when I was around 22 yrs old, I started getting frizzy hair and I didnt know why.
Turns out, my hair was turning wavy but I was still brushing it making it frizz.
So after years of denial that my hair was curly/wavy... I gave in and learned how to do my hair with gel/mousse and my best friend... the diffuser.

I admit that I wear my hair straight a lot, but I would never want to permanatly get rid of my curls!!!
I don't have a current pic of my hair. It is just shorter, with bangs and red now. Image Attachment(s):

I love my curly hair too- it couldn't be easier! I had to straighten it for my wedding (to put it up) and everyone loved it but to me it was not worth the energy it took to straighen it!!!

I have VERY curly hair. I sometimes use a ceramic flat iron to temporarily straighten it, but then my children and family tell me , "it's just not you. we want the curls back." i would NEVER JHS. I like my curls...when they aren't frizzy that is!
