When people cook and bring food to work...
...and bring food in, do you usually eat it? I usually don't. They are having a party today where everyone brought their favorite dish they make and they keep telling me to eat.

I don't. This might sound weird, but if you're not in my family or friend, I don't know how clean your kitchen is so I'm weird about eating it if it's brought from home. I can't help it.

I work in a small, tight knit office and I know all well so i would eat their food.
But yea, I hear ya....not in a big office, dont know whats going on in their kitchen.

the main difference 4 me between real pple bringing in food and restaurants is pets.. i kno some pple who let there dog/cat walk all over there tables and counters and near there food which i think is the most disguting thing in the world..i doubt ud have that in a restuarant

You definitely havea point about a restaurant. For that, I have to go by the board of health (I do check up on that pretty often).

but ya never know in a restaurant if someone is coughing, sneezing, etc... over your food or how clean the kitchen really is.

I always think of the person licking the spoon and reusing it to cook.  I just thought I was crazy. I guess others feel the same way.

I don't eat it food when people bring it in to work. I even have a problem when go over someone's house - I hardly eat anything. BUT.. we do go out to dinner 2 or 3 times a week and I have no problem with that. LOL.
