Annoying things that DH does???

let's name a really annoying thing that out DH's do.

I'll start:


My DH likes to put the white load of laundry on, dry it, and then leave it in the dryer for me to fold. Whites are the most annoying and he ALWAYS does this to me!!!!!

He leaves a trail water from both sinks. I used to love to walk around the house barefoot and now I can't

DH always leaves lights on. The bathroom door will be closed and I will walk in and it is empty YET the light is on.

And he recently has a really bad habit of forgetting to close the garage door when he pulls out of the driveway.

He also forgets to flush the toilet sometimes (after #1)

My DH also leaves stuff in the dryer and never replaces the garbage bag in the kitchen when he takes it out.

HAHA, Mine leave every cabinet door open when he walks into a room.... you c an always tell if he's been there.

I just don't get it! If you take something out, how figgin hard is it to close the cabinet? I mean comeon, ya opened it didn't ya...It's just as simple to close it!!

takes his clothes off all over the house and just leaves them there. Love finding socks in the den

is a scatterbrain. Is constantly misplacing his keys, wallet, glasses, or cell phone.

oh where do I start??

- clothes all over the floors
- glasses and dishes everywhere (or he puts them in the sink instead of the dishwasher)
- rolled up socks in the hamper (the few times he remembers where dirty clothes go)
- rarely changes the empty TP roll
- leaves pots and pans dirty on the stove top for the pan fairy to clean them

1. he always has to spin things on his finger (like the way you would spin a basketball) I ESPECIALLY hate when he does it with plates
2. he licks his finger and then smooths out his eyebrow hairs
3. he paces when he talks on the phone

I don't think I have enough time to list everything.

I'll start with the things that really annoy me.

1. Never shuts his sock drawer.
2. Never closes the medicine cabinet.
3. Leaves empty food containers in the fridge.
4. Never puts his keys in the right spot.
5. When he gives the dog a treat he never puts the cover back on the container.
6. Doesn't bring a towel with him when he showers so he ends up flooding my entire bathroom.
7. When he does his hair he takes the water in his palms and splashes it on his head...this in turn splashes water ALL over the medicine cabinet mirror.
8. Doesn't put his clothes in the hamper.


I think that's all I have time for - have to get ready for a party.

ETA: Two more things.

9. Doesn't shut lights ever (He must think he works for LIPA)
10. He puts things where they do not belong. Example: I was looking for the sherbert in the freezer. He put it in the cabinet. He put chips in the fridge!!!!!!

all of the above...he's a mess.

Closing cabinets is a big one..take a glass out and close the door..what's so hard about that?

When he's holding my hand sometimes he grabs it and shakes it. It's annoying as h e l l. I just pull my hand away. You would think he would get the hint.

Saying he's going to do something after weeks of me asking and I end up doing it. Then he criticizes the way I do it.



I could go on and on..

Hey I have no socks! So...do a laundry...!!!

Mine is pretty good but...

1. hardly ever puts the seat down

2. burps and farts real loudly and then blames them on me or the cat

3. leaves an empty recyclable container on the kitchen counter YET walks right passed the garage door (the recycle containers are located right next to the door) on his way to the den

-splatters water everywhere in the bathroom and doesnt clean it up

-steals my good bowls to bring to work and never returns them

-leaves food droppings like cereal, pretzels or oatmeal all over the kitchen and living room

-has a habit of losing gift certificates, phones, keys and wallet - or leaving one of them home by accident

-is a creature of habit- doesnt like to skew from his daily routine meanwhile i get bored really quickly and demand a change of scenery

Always farting and think it is so funny.

Picking his nose all the freaking time.

Puts a used glass NEXT to the sink not IN it.

Drives both cars until they're on E and doesn't put gas in them ever.

DH never closes anything- drawers, closet doors, cabinets. I can retrace his steps every day.
He also has a really bad habit of getting caught up in the moment when he's out with friends. He'll tell me he'll be home by XXX time and the come home hours after that time has passed. It's probably our most consistent fight. You'd think he'd learn.

I forgot the biggest..he whistles or hums even if someone is talking to him..mostly when we're in a store or restaurant waiting for a table or waiting to pay and he just breaks out in song..

he tells me he has songs in his head...I tell him he's leaking...

so everytime he starts doing it (and he deson't realize he's doing it) I have to tell him he's leaking.

I've got songs in my head too, doesn't mean the whole freakin world needs to hear them!
