The only thing I experienced was irregular cycles. My first month was 27 days and my second month I am going on 31 days and nothing yet.

I posted about this a few weeks ago..I know your pain!! I was horribly bloated and it felt awful, like terrible cramps. It'll pass..mine did after a week. Feel better!!

Oh, I hear you! I'm going through that right now to the point that I convinced myself I was pregnant. Stabbing pain on the left lower side of my body (ovary), nausea, bloating. Ugh!

i had AF for 2 weeks, then no AF for 1 week, then AF for 1/2 week.

I was very moody and crampy the first month and then I didn't even have any PMS symptoms the second month.

My old PMS symptoms came back. I was kind of happy that they went away. AF is due in a few days and I have greasy hair, broken out skin, bloating and hungry horrors!!
On the bright side, I feel more in touch with my feelings, my sexuality (and sex drive) and I think I lost some weight in my mid-section.

same here no period in 6 months!!! Now the GYN has me on Provera.
We will see I have a few more days of taking it and nothing so far!!!

I was on yasmin for 3 years and change, my one big side effect coming off-A SEX Drive
Otherwise I gained a little weight, which I think was water weight, my cramps were a little worse and my old 28 day cycle was gone I was anywhere from 29-39 days. But that could have just been a coincidence from coming off the pill and my body just changing.

My terrible cramps just went away although i still feel very bloated and achy.
I didnt experience the bitchiness. I actually feel rather happy and content off them.
Its been 2 weeks off for me.
Still waiting for my surge

i had the same question...i'm going off it in aug/sept and hope the body adjusts well; we'll see! seems different for everyone and hard to predict whether things will be better or worse.

Yup I came off the pill in January of 05 and got my period for 3 months in a row then 8 month went by no more period went to Dr put me on Provera and finally got it!! Hopefully this jump started my cycle!! We aren't TTC until end of 06 so I need to get all this stuff out of way first so I'm glad I came off so early!!

First month 27 days second month 38 days.
So far that has been my only side effect is irregular periods.
oh and breaking out. I was on ortho-tri-cyclen. Now that I am off it, I keep breaking out on my forehead. I find myself washing my face every night with neutrogenia facial scrub and in the mornings I do a 5 min mud mask to help keep my skin glowing, soft and break out free.

I have noticed that I tend to break out more, especially around my period... and I also have irregular periods...
