I FINALLY DID IT! JAPANESE STRAIGHTENING!!! added pics & before pics!
My hair is soooo straight. I can't believe it!
I went to Top Point salon. I was there for 7 hours 
I am finally home now, after I eat something I will take pictures.
I'm so happy!

it doesn't look that different to me because I straighten it myself most of the time, but just thinking it will air dry like this is making me so excited! I usually spend 20-30 min blowdrying my hair then another 20-30 min with the hot iron. YIPPEE!

It looks so awesome. I so want to do this but my hairdresser told me not to last time I went bc my hair is not super curly...just wavy and frizzy.

mine wasn't super curly either! My hair was not uniform at all though. The underneath and around my face was tighter curls and frizz. The top layer in the back was barely wavy almost straight and frizzy!
Overall really thick and frizzy when I didn't use the hot iron.

It looks awesome - but I honestly thought that was how your hair was naturally!! I am really starting to consider this - these days I can get it to look really straight and shiny, but after 10 minutes it's all pouffy again. 
I just wish I could find a place in Suffolk that came recommended.

I have heard of soke places in Suffolk, but also heard that they start at $500 and are usually higher!
The drive to Queens was not bad. It took me 40 minutes from Centereach this morning. I left at 8:50 and got there 9:40. If you go, make sure you go early!!!! When I got there the parking lot was empty, but when I went out 3 hours later to pay the meter there were no spots left and a traffic jam of people looking for spots!
