We stayed in, and spent the night with my siblings and their SOs, and my parents.
We played COLLEGE DRINKING GAMES til we were all plastered.

I tried, but I didn't get drunk! But I am very pleased with myself taht I was at the club until 4:30am and didn't get to bed until 5:15!!! Got to celebrate the New Year twice!!!

My kitty tried to get drunk. My sister and I each had a glass of champagne. I left mine to get a tissue, and guess whose head was stuck in my glass when I came back?

Especially after spending the day in the hospital with my wrist. Don't worry- I compensated for many many drunk NYE's.

That's nothing- on a regular night I can put down and entire bottle of wine...
With that said on NYE I did get quite drunk and even had the spins when I laid down (it's been a while since that happened).

I had a freak accident. I tripped on a tow rope between 2 cars in the street and fell forward- onto my stomach. I put my hands out and may or may not have fractured my right wrist - and of course I'm a righty.
Most importantly the baby is fine- and definitely a girl
But of course, we ended up staying home, alone on NYE- when we had great plans.
Now my right arm is in a splint. PITA.

Considering we both fell asleep on the couch at 8:30... there was no party going on at our house
We were painting all day.
Now we have an unopened mini-bottle of champagne in the fridge.
