I have had several bad experiences with Macy's employees-the one time I left the line went up to HR and wound up finding the store manager completely on accident and she called down to the department and told them that I was correct and to now ring me up with a discount and to not make me wait online-the salesgirl tried to apologize but I wouldn't hear it-she was so freaking RUDE

BBB also accepts Linens-N'-Things coupons. But I think they cannot be expired.
