My twins first picture!!!... now fixed.
Most of you never got the opportunity to see your babies just 3 days past fertilization...
Here they are... all 8 cells each  (How amazing is that?) right before my embryo transfer.
I bet they the cutest 8 celled life forms you have ever seen
Just thought I'd share because this picture just blew our families away.

I have no idea what I'm looking at...but wow, the fact that they can take a pic of that is pretty amazing! 
And yes, cutest embryos I've ever seen!

Ditto - that's amazing!
As soon as an egg is fertilized the cellular division starts to take place and doubles at a daily rate so day 1... two celled, day 2... 4 celled, day 3... 8 celled and so on... the cells soon become more complex and specialize... they are given specific "instructions" by the DNA to grow into a heart cell, liver cell, etc. and this happens in the first few weeks in the womb.
The process goes on and on and on until the baby is fully formed and actually throughout our lives because we are constantly replacing our cells.
I'm very busy right now... on a cellular level

That pic blew me away the other day- I was just telling my mom today (as the third dvd of my future niece's sonogram came in the mail ) that you definately had the most interesting pre-baby pic!
