Today is 3 Weeks without a cigarette
I wanted to post here, because I am proud of myself, I did it b/c I am pregnant, but I should've done it a long time ago.
This is something I NEVER thought I could accomplish. I have an anxiety disorder and definately used Cigarettes as a crutch - and I am not just saying that - it WORKED for ME.
Sorry, I had to brag a little.... If you are a smoker and want to quit - you should just try for a week, I bet you can do it !
edited to say: I miss it so much, but will try my hardest NOT to go back after baby is born.

That is great
I quit a little over 2 years ago and I NEVER EVER thought I would be able to quit!!!!
but it was VERY HARD but now the thought and the smell makes me soooo sick!!
