No, we live on the second floor in an apartment compex, and since heat rises, we NEVER need to put the heat on. It's always hot in our apartment.

unfortunately, we have no control of the heat in our apartment!
Same here, they are not required to turn it on until the end of October, and even then, only if the temp dips below a certain number.

I turned the heat on yesterday when I came downstairs and it said it was 64 in the house - I'm a wuss! I hate being cold!
ETA - and I have the heat crankin in the car so I can remote start it and it'll be warm when I get in...

same here...but i have to say my oven is very clean i put it on self clean to take the chill out of the kitchen lol its so cold on the tile

The heating laws of the City of New York require that, from October 1 through May 1, whenever the outside temperature falls below 55 degrees between the hours of 6 AM and 10 PM, inside temperature must be maintained at 68 degrees. At night, whenever the outside temperature falls below 40 degrees between the hours of 10 PM and 6 AM, an inside temperature of 55 degrees must be maintained.
