Grilled Cheese spinoff: What kind of cheese?
I love grilled cheese sandwiches.
What cheeses do you use?
I like Americam, Swiss, Mozzarella and sometimes Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack.

Mild cheddar, Mozzarella, Muenster, Swiss, American Slices..sometimes all at once

Mostly american but I haven't met a cheese I haven't loved. I have sharp cheddar in my fridge and I am thinking a grilled cheese would be good with my homemade chicken noodle soup for lunch!

Mmmm... I had a grilled cheese sandwhich this morning with sharp cheddar cheese.
I like it with gryuere, cheddar, swiss or american cheese - whatever is in the fridge.
