it looks great. You hair is short enough that straightenig it won't be that bad (one great thing about my haircut!). What I usually do when I want to wear is straight is I wash it and blow dry it the night before and then flat iron it in the morning. That seems to work well for me. Since my hair has the night to dry I don't need to waste a lot of time blow drying it, and it splits up the work b/w 2 beauty sessions!

Jackie...the straight hair looks great. But I'm with you...the only time my hair is straight is the day I get my haircut and I ask her to blow it out....I'm a wash and run kinda girl also...I have no patience to do it myself. I looks great curly too

Jackie you look sooo pretty
I do love your curly hair (I sure wish I HAD curls!) but I think that the straight look is really nice for a special occasion.. its a very different look and they both work for ya

I was going to post the same thing the other day! I had my hair blown out over the weekend when I was at the salon and was going to take pictures and post them (but I got busy and forgot).
I don't know about getting it professionally straightened. I wouldn't want to spend the money, and I'd be worried that it would mess up my natural curl.
But I think your hair looks great straight!

I love it. I think you look great. And I personally think you should go and have the Japanese Straightening. After you do it, you will wonder why you waited so long or why you didn't do it sooner. You will have great hair all the time and if you hair gets frizzy in the Summer, you won't even see that. And you can still be that wash and go kind of girlie.....
It looks really good.
