by the way locke looked after he said he was wrong..they both should be dead but i give a good chance they made it out....

OMG, I just replayed the last 10 minutes. I must have accidentally turned it off before it finished. Do you think her father set him up?
Also is the guy that set desmond up in the hatch, the same as the man with the fake beard?

No - different guy, but we've seen him before.
I believe he was the army guy who held Sayid captive in the war.
