I know people are scared of certain doctors
which one scares you and why?
Me it is the optomatrist. I hate the blue light or the wind being blown in my eye. Love the dentist.

I love my dentist! I've been going to him my whole life so it doesn't bother me...and it helps that I haven't had a cavity in years. 
I have issues with the OB/Gyn...it's just as personal as you can get and it stresses me out. I have to psych myself up to go.

I hate needles in my mouth..so for me its the Dentist.
I go to the Re about 6 times a month for an ultrasound...hes starting to see me naked more than my husband is.

I guess I would be scared of a specialty doctor, like a oncologist (sp), for cancer. But I'm not afraid of the regular doctors.
I'd rather go to my gynocologist rather than my dentist though...

general practioner
Because he usually finds somethin that needs to be checked or looked at by a specialist.
ex) TMJ...he sent me to an ENT and a Othrodontist.
Thank fully nothing all that major...but when I go to this Dr. It usually results in seeing at least one other.

I hate hate HATE going to get my eyes checked. I hate the drops & I hate the air they shoot into your eye to check for glaucoma.
I'm such a baby when it comes to my eyes. I could NEVER do contacts.
When they shoot the air into them they need to have someone hold my head because I can't do it myself!!

Dentist.... But I've had so much work done, including a titanium screw implanted in my jaw, that it doesn't phase me anymore.

I HATE the dentist. I have had many traumatic experiences at the dentist. Let's put it this way.... my bottom teeth do not go numb from novacaine(sp). Very PAINFUL!!!
