Play with binder clips. And I constantly check to make sure that I still have all sizes of them.

I check all my paperclips to make sure they are "perfect". If a portion of the paperclip is bent and cannot be "fixed" I trash the paperclip. Small paperclips cannot be with big paperclips. They must have they separate compartments and cannot be anywhere else by in the compartments in my drawer. I am completelly obsessed with my paperclips....

I always wipe down my phone with alcohol swabs.
I have to X off the days on my calendar, but not before the day ends - that is bad luck!
I am always putting the big black binder clips around my fingers

You're all crazy. And your office supply bills must be HUGE. 
I seperate my pens into two sections - the highlighters/markers that I only use occasionally and the ballpoints that I use daily.
I buy my own pens (Pilot Precise Rolling Ball Extra Fine in 5 fashion colors) because I can't stand to write with cheap pens.
I photocopy the small calendars at the end of the calendar and tape them to the top of my computer monitor so I don't have to turn my head to see them.
I only use crisp Sharpies. Once they dull, I put them back in the supply cabinet and take out a new one.

i have this weird habit of standing pens, highlighters, markers upright.. most of the time i don't realize i'm doing it and then i get off the phone and there is a circle of writing utensils all on their ends
a coworker once commented that it looked like i was practicing office witchcraft

OMG this is me!!! They have to be shiny silver smooth -- no ridged clips and no plastic coated clips.
