What time to you go to sleep?
I SHOULD go to sleep at 10 - 10:30.
I actually get into bed at 11. And I wind up always tired, yet I never learn

i should go to sleep around 11, but i usually lay down around 12ish, and fall asleep by 1am

lately, it's been 2 or later. I have to be out of the house every morning by 7:30. I'm stressed over the friggen wedding crap....ALREADY.

The kids go to bed at 8 and then that's my time to get stuff done (or talk on LIF  ) I usually go to bed at 10 or 11 and watch TV for a little bit.

I try to be in bed by 10:30, but I usually don't fall asleep until 11:30 ish.
Last week i went to bed and fell asleep at 9:15 It was wonderful!

12 seems about normal for me during the week. Certain days I fall asleep around 11. If I am busy, then I can easily be up past 1am.
