Just took a HPT and.....(UPDATE AT BOTTOM!!!!)
I'm not sure if it is positive or not. There is one solid line (usually meaning No), but the other line is there but very faint. I remember this happened to another LIF member on here not to long ago. Should I take another one in the morning? Has this happened to anyone else?

I believe they say a line is a line around here. So congrats to you I think you are PG
You should take another HPT in the morning with FMU, but its still a line.

A Line is a line....   I had a very faint line too.. Retested im the AM with FMU.. and It was much darker.. GOOD LUCK!

It may seem too premature, but I thought/think I may be. The last couple of months my skin has changes, I have been moody, and my appetite has been different. I dont enjoy things I once did and I am eating stuff I never did before. But I thought this may have been from the pre-natal vitamins. Well I am going to retest in the morning. Wish me luck!!!!!

Ok...but I am kind of nervous b/c of all this talk about pre-natals. I didnt think to take them months before DH and I were trying b/c we werent officially trying. But after joining LIF a few weeks ago I started but didnt take them every day, blah blah blah. Do you think this is ok? I know the folic acid helps to prevent defects, I just have to make sure i take them every day now.

I am quite sure my mom didnt take folic acid when she was pregnant with me, and I turned out fine - so I don't think's a HUGE issue. Good Luck!!

Thanks Christine. That is what my friend and I were just discussing. Our mom's didn't take pre-natals or folic acid b/c they didnt even know about them back than probably and we turned out ok .

I took three tests over 6 weeks. They all had a very faint line and I thought that meant it was negative. It turns out I was PG the whole time. My doctor said when I went for my annual exam "a line is a line," gave me the blood test and it was positive. I did not take prenatals before. I told my dr. a few months before we were TTC that we would be soon and he said to just take a multi-vitamin with folic acid until I'm pg.
