potty training tips, please share.
Can anyone help me with this?
Alia is turning 2 in August but I think she is ready.
she takes her diaper off whenever she can and pees everywhere when she does that.
my mom bought her a potty from fisher price. Image Attachment(s):

I know some people let their kid run naked in the summer to potty train. I just couldn't do it.
If she's pulling her diaper off - I would start her in pull-ups. They're harder to get off.
Get big girl underwear with a character on it. Put them under her pull-up. It's great that pull-ups are absorbent but not great when you're trying to make her feel uncomfortable when she pees in her pants.

I agree I thought I would try the huggies cool alert pull ups and let me tell you my DD doesn't seem to be bothered. THat is a great idea Barb I never thoguht of putting on regualr undies under her pull up I am going to try this

DD was 2 in March. Since about December she has been taking off her diaper. Santa brought her a potty for x-mas. I haven't forced her just asked her over the past 6 months. She goes on the potty when she wants to. I thought I would train her over the summer but I am realizing that it may be too early. I try to give her something special each time she goes on the potty but at this point I have been letting her take the lead.

Also for buying a potty, I'd suggest getting on that inserts into the regular toilet or one that converts to a step stool so they can get on the toilet when they've transitioned up.
We had the bjorn botty & the bjorn insert. I wish I had gotten something along these lines:
