How about the Hershey's Candy Bar with the personalized wrapping over it.
I always love getting those. Who doesn't love chocolate.

I have also seen coffee or tea bags like this, slipped into little hand made felt diapers as holders.

My shower was last week and the whole thing had a duck theme. I had floating duck candles and chocolate chip cookies cut into duck shapes as my favors.

I personally dont like baby shower favors that are too baby oriented
especially if the pregnant girl's friends are single or dont have kids yet

At one shower I received a copy of the sonogram picture in a frame. 
I LOVE those sachet bags you posted -- where did you find them??

My mom once got one of these and gave it to me - I still have it and use it.
Hers came with a poem too:
"A boo boo bunny will dry the tears,
fix the cuts and calm the fears.
A hug and kiss will make things nice,
With a boo boo bunny and a piece of ice.

I agree not to make it baby oriented. I like the soap Jessica posted. I also got Bath&Body Works soap and lotions before and loved that idea.
