Only if I'm home alone with the baby. Any other time the door is closed.

yes.
we don't close the door unless there's company over.
but our bathroom is off to the side- you really don't see in there unless you purposefully go near it.

NOPE....i just don't get why people actually do leave it open...
I always think of Jeaneane Garofolo in Reality Bites, talking about how her parents have zero romance in their marriage and how they both pee with the door open.   I think I decided then and there that the door would always be closed when I did get married! I always close it.

Depends, if it's during the day and the kids are around I keep it open just to make sure that they aren't getting into trouble... when my DH is home the door is CLOSED! and my DH always has the door closed, he would never go potty in front of me

If I have to pee really bad and I fly in the door from the train and just run down the hall - yeah some times the door is open. BUt mostly its closed.

Sometimes
Our 1/2 bath is at the end of the hall so I would hear if someone was coming and close it.
In our bathroom, we have a door to the toilet room as well as a door to the actual bathroom. Also, it is at the end of a hallway so I would close it before anyone came in. If DH is in the bathroom with me, it is generally 1/2 closed (closed enough thtat he can't see me  ).
The other bathrooms, door closed
