physically last year was ok and summer of 97
mentally and physically now
my goal is health, mental, physical next year!

I have to say 2002 when my ex and i seperated i lost a TON of weight bought a new wardrobe!!! wish i still was that thin

I'd have to say the year I got married (2002). I was doing cardio kickboxing 5 days a week, running, I think I even had an almost 6 pack. After this baby, I'm going back to hard core working out (when I can fit it in). I can't wait to be a size 6 again.

i would say 99 weight wise, but this year looks wise, people think I am thinner now than I was then b/c I am in better shape.

Weight wise i would say 97....to be 110 again and exercising every day (almost).

Hair and clothes wise i would say now. I can afford nice clothes and finally have figured out what looks good on me and I can afford to get highlights and not use that Sun In crap!

actually most of my 20s I looked decent..it was at the time I turned 3-0 that the weight really crept up

but if I had to pick a year, it would have to be when I was 23... I had REALLY lost the "baby fat" and was working out hard core, my hair was perfect and I really kept up on myself.

But I am such a yo-yo dieter that it always goes back/forth with the weight/inshape thing

Honestly I cannot even say when I got married I looked my best.. in fact I never did lose those last 10 pounds

I would say last year (28) and this year, however the past couple of weeks my clothes have been tighter.

The year before I got married. I hit the gym hard because my DH and I were living in two different countries. I had a lot of time on my hands and I wanted to look good every time I saw him.

I would have to say when I was 29 - Weightwise I was always under 115lb until I married...and that's when I spiraled downhill - or up?

I'd like to think that I get better with age. I was pretty awkward through HS...and my college hippy phase didn't do much for my appearance

I felt even more gorgeous on my HM than I did on my wedding day...and at 32 (33 in Dec) I feel like my 30s really agree with me - and I'm really comfortable in my skin.

I would say in 97, I was pregnant and it was just all around a good time in my life.

When I met my DH, I was 27 and in the best shape of my life.

28. I was the thinnest I had been since I was 14 years old and felt so very confident about myself.
