I think AF just came...and I am just not getting it-UPDATE 7/15
When I just went to pee there was a tiny bit of dark spotting. Ok so this makes the TENTH month of BFNs. And this month I was feeling so positive....I used OPKs and we BD'd before during and after the positive OPKs....
I had a gyn appt for Saturday which I guess I now have to reschedule. Hopefull when I reschedule, I can start the fertility testing. I just never thought I would have to go through this.
She is definitely here - damn her!
I made a gyn appt for 8/27.

I'm so sorry  I'm at the same point of trying as you. I know, it's so hard.
Personally I would keep you appt even though you cant have your annual exam - use the appointment to disucss possible infertility and possibly starting to test you and DH.
It's so hard to get appt with these OBGYNs, try to use it to your advantage.

I'm so sorry Jenn...
I would keep your appointment at the OBGYN. As Kathy said, even if they cannot do a full examination, I think it would be a good idea to at least discuss with your doctor what the next steps would be, or maybe if you will need to start with a RE to get further testing, just to see if they can determine perhaps why you are having some issues with conceiving

I'm sorry she's came... 
I agree with Felicia & Kathy, keep the appt. You stilll could get an internal sono or something (I did during my appt with the RE even though I had AF)
But def. speak to your gyno and see what your next steps should be. You could also get blood taken at the gyno's if they are the type of office that does that. Have you had your thryoid checked? I'm just trying to think of some of the less invasive/earlier pre-testing that can be done...

17 days!?  ... it sounds to me like you are pg, and your body is taking a while to produce the HCG hormone.

It could be implantation bleeding.... 17 dpo is about right if it takes two weeks for implantation to occur... Good luck!!!

implantation normally occurs 6-10 days past Ovulation, I do not think it would occur that late..BUT 17 days is a long luteal period..
how long is your normal time from O to AF?
did you take a PG test to be sure?? At 17 days past O, it would more then likly give you a pretty accurate result.

ok, can you guys help me....i don't know why but i have a feeling (and this is not the first time) that I am having a chemical pg. I could be WAY off base but I am not sure. My LP is very long and it has done this before. When my "AF" is supposed to start, it's (TMI i'm sorry) brown (old) blood. And then very light for a few days. This has happened a few times before. So I wonder.....
Right now, its SUPER light and still brown. I feel weird (not painful) cramps.
I will probably get the real AF by the weekend.

Hi,
When I had my chemicals I got a faint BFP and then my LP was longer and sure enough AF came. It was brown/dark blood at the beginning and then fell force AF.
Do you chart? What are your temps doing?
Your body could just be changing a little and this cycle is a little longer...I wouldnt worry about a chemical just yet, if you arent getting BFP your body is probably just acting a little different this month.
