Update on Me==UPDATED again
Well, I have hit the 36 week mark!!! I can't believe it's getting so close!! I also hit the VERY uncomfortable stage of pregnancy. I feel huge (I will have Patrick take a pic later) & I am VERY swollen. My feet, legs & hands are sore & swollen pretty much all day long. I can't do much anymore.
I was at the doctors last Friday & they sent me to labor & delivery for a few hours. They needed to check for pre-eclampsia (sp) If the blood work didn't come back ok I would have to had them on Friday. Luckily, I was fine. I went to the Doctors on Tuesday for blood work & today I go for a sonogram. I will do that again next week. I have 12 days till my scheduled c-section & I am hoping I will make it. The longer they are in there the bigger they are & more developed they will be. I am hoping they will not have to be in the NICU at all.
I'm not on the computer much because I just don't have the patience. But, I will attempt to get on again later & give you the update of sono today. Wish me luck!

Good luck Tracy!!!! Please post after you get the sono results!!! You are so close! I hate my doctor, he wont schedule me until 5 days before my due date. I cried, I just don't think I'm going to make it that long.
All the best to you, and I have to tell you its so nice to know that someone else is going through the same things I am! I take comfort in that!

Tracy you're doing a great job! 36 Weeks with twins is awesome! Even now I doubt they will need to go NICU (I'm a NICU RN). But, you're absolutely right they longer they're inside the better is. Do you know how much your little ones are weighing? Take it easy and try to remain as comfortable as you can, which is much easier said than done. Pregnant women amaze me and mothers carrying Multiple amaze me even more. Women are SO strong! Good luck!

I'm back from the doctors. They did a sono & because I am SO full of water they can't really tell the weights. The guesstamits are over 6lbs each. I had to give more blood & had to be put on the monitors to check. The sono doctor (who I & everyone I know hates) seems to be dying to get them out. Luckily I & the REAL doctors disagree. I have another appoitment on Monday. And as long as my bloods are fine & I don't hear from them tomorrow. I'm ok until Monday. They also gave me a pee bucket which I get to store all of Sundays urine in to check that out. (I know TMI) My doctors seem to be hopefull since I really do feel fine! We are hoping to keep them in their until the 12th. So cross your fingers!!

oh the pee bucket--Are they making keep it the fridge? My SIL had to do the pee bottle, everytime i opened the fridge i imagined it as apple juice

Glad your home and everything is okay, I never heard of a pee bucket either, but whatever ya gotta do right???!!!

Hang in there!! You sound like you are still doing a wonderful job!! I knew a couple of people that had to pee in a bucket.. to test for the Ecclampsia.. Hope all turns out well.. Keep us posted!!!!

Happy to say I didn't hear from the doctors today!! so, the blood work must have come back fine! I will see them again Monday morning!
