What made me more ill is the way that POS DA Fred Klein was molly-coddling her throughout the whole trial. He did everything short of giving her a damn cupcake...maybe she was giving him happys and that's why she got off with a slap on the wrist?
Sorry if I sound bitter folks but she came from my hometown and I had a few friends who were "close" to her and the real deal was that she was an overpriviledged piece of garbage that was used to getting her way and knew how to manipulate things to her advantage.
I agree. Shes a spoiled brat that no one cares about anymore so shes coming back into the media with BS to keep her "name" circulating. If I was her, I would leave LI!

I actually read the book she wrote a few years ago, and I did have a little sympathy for her then. Since then I have heard so much about her and my opinion has changed. I don't understand why she would reveal this now.....if she wants to move on with her life and for people to not equate her with the "Long Islsnd Lolita" then why is she appearing on Entertainment Tonight and other shows? - it doesn't make sense. I think the woman has got serious issues - and it's sad bc she has kids and you would think that she would not want to be out in the public eye for that reason.

Your from Merrick? I went to school with her. I know her and the family real well.
Yeah, I graduated in 1990 from Calhoun but my friend Louise (who was my good friends little sister) was buddies with her.

As for those who wondered if Ecstasy use was prevalent back when Fisher says she was using it...it was.
Unfortunately back in 1991, my college roommate's brother died as a result of being on E.
