I live in West Islip and I know they just built two new homes off of hunter ave on the boarder of North Babylon but it is a very nice area and it is West Islip schools and mailing address.
I've seen them! They are like 4 blocks from where I live! Beautiful houses, but very small yards. It was originally a site for one house, but it was split into two lots.
Are you talking about the hosues on Jefferson? That would be my dream house but I believe they are priced around $650K
The same builder will be building a new house on Higbe by Raleigh, priced at $550 but thats no frills,(no granite, ss appliances, ect.

My mom lives right near their and I live on the other side of Sunrise. Small world.

They are also building about 8 new houses the development is right on Udall Rd./Higbie Lane in West Islip right off of Sunrise Highway but those are around the $700K and up range.

There are new construction houses going up on almost every block in the Dogwood Park section of Franklin Square. They are priced anywhere from $725,000 and up! They are GORGEOUS!!!

yeah this is out of control. i can't stand it. new construction was always the best way to go because it used to be cheaper
