#1 my dad is a cancer survivor from 1981
#2 being in an abusive realtionship
#3 being the first and only child so far to graduate college
#4 finding my faith
#5 meeting and marrying DH
#6 deciding that if need be, my grandmother will come live with us in GA because she's been the most "motherly" figure I've had in all my life.

definitely the birth of my daughter, it's amazing how much your life changes and how much love you can have for someone else.
Here-here...the single best thing that has ever happened. I can't believe how alone I felt without her there. I think I would lose my mind if something ever happened to her. Everytime I hear/read about the nuts out there that do things to little kids, I hold her a little tighter.

Unfortunately, Tania, you know the best, & worst, thing that ever happened to me.
Other than that, I'm hardly ever satisfied, so I can't think of anything other than that I found my DH.

Driving my car while it was overheating - causing the engine to melt.
Because of that, I had to move back home and get a new job - which led to my meeting DH, and deciding to become a teacher
