yes, my "best" friends and I always say it. I guess I'm super lovey, I never get off the phone w/ DH or my parents without saying it also.

Only one of my friends and that's because that friend is as true as true can be. Other than that, just in cards and such do I tell the rest.

I saw it to only my best friend and I just started doing it recently. I still feel awkward, but hey, you only get one chance at living so you have to say what you feel when you feel it.

I'm super cheesy and tell most of my friends that I love them. They don't all say it back, although my really close friends usually do  I'm not offended when they don't because I know some of them are not as open about their feelings as I am.

I really only do that with one friend and my mom. And I never say it first. I was never comfortable saying I love you to people. I think I get that from my dad...I don't think I've ever heard him say or seen him write the words "I Love You."

It's really weird. my parents and I, and my sisters/brothers and I never do... sometimes my mom says it.. but not often (sad, I know).. DH's family says it all the time when hanging up the phone.

2 of my friends for years
when we are getting off the phone we say " ok luv ya bye"
and usually i will say it when i leave a message on a cell or answering machine to anyone lol
