Re: nursery pics so far

Thanks ladies! I did a lime wash technique. I tried to find a link to the instructions but it wouldn't let me. I copied and pasted them if you are interested. It was a lot easier than it sounds. Here they are:

Lime Washing 1...2...3...
Add soft, subtle texture to your walls with American Tradition Textured Lime Wash. Applied similarly to color washing, this white, chalky textured glaze instantly adds charm to your dicor. A thin, gauzy layer of Lime Wash can create a sophisticated illusion of age while a heavier, cloudy wash lends a more causal, cozy feeling to a room.

The look is easy to achieve, even for a beginner, with American Tradition faux products. Simply follow the step-by-step instructions below:
Before you begin, carefully tape off al areas where you do not want to apply the finish. Apply American tradition Interior Satin Wall & Trim paint to the entire surface with a roller. Follow label instructions. Remove tape. Allow to dry overnight.
Use a color washing brush to lightly apply Textured Lime Wash over the base coat. Brush in overlapping "X's" until the brush needs reloading. Lime Wash dries quickly. Work in a small area and remove any unwanted buildup of Lime Wash immediately with a dry brush, while product is still wet. You may also use cheesecloth to blot and soften, eliminating brush marks.
Repeat this process across the wall. Occasionally check that you are applying the glaze in a random yet consistent manner. Apply more or less Lime Wash to achieve the look you desire.
