3 reasons I love my pet...feel free to add your own

I'm feeling sentimental about my puppy today since I just finished Marley and Me.

Top three reasons I love Brodie:

1. Whenever DH and I argue, Brodie stands in front of me as if to say "Mommy is right daddy, you are wrong!"

2. Whenever I cry he snuggles up to me as close as he can get and licks away my tears.

3. Whenever he has stolen something, he tries to sneak by us by walking really slowly. "Nothing to look at here!! Just talking a stroll!" It's hysterical.

Casey wuvs me no matter what

She thinks she is "herding" the cats back into the house when they escape to the yard..it's the cutest...

She takes like 15 min to get up every morning but the minute she hears Daddy come downstairs, she is up like a flash and at her bowl eating breakfast - just like a little kid!!

I love that Molly will cuddle in bed with us in the mornings for hours. She just rolls on her back and gets right into my nook and is the sweetest thing ever.

I love when I walk and she is walking right behind me so close that when I stop she actually hits my leg.

I love when she plays hide and go seek with us (I swear she does) and she hides under the bed until we give up looking for her - then she pops her head out. She can do this 20 times in a row.

Only 3 things??? I could go on and on!

I love that no matter how short a time I have been gone, he greets me as if he has not seen me in years, and always brings me a gift, wagging his WHOLE BODY, and SMILING.....makes me smile no matter how bad a day i have had

I love that he loves ME, more than DH, he will actually whine at DH to get out of bed so that he can hop up and cuddle with me (this started bc DH leaves really early for work, and he joins me in the morning.

I love that I can bring him anywhere, and do anything with him...trups, kayaking , hiking...I swear he is better than any human friend I have had

I love the way Gus looks at me as if to say, all these people are crazy, let's go snuggle.

I love his red eye lashes.

I love how he lays on his back with his head on the pillow like a person, and when he's cold he pulls the blanket up over himself.

I love that he brings me his dishes when he wants more food.

I love that he bites my tush when he's mad at me.

I adore that he huffs and puffs at me when I'm not sharing my dinner with him.

ok, so it's more than four, but I could just go on and on.....

I love the way she has to snuggle between DH and I.

I love her little paws and puppy smell.

I love how she is always so happy to see me and the little things I do for her make her so very happy.

1. She is always happy to see me- she looks like she is going to explode with excitement when I come home

2. When I throw the ball and she misses it she growls at it in frustration

3.The way she nests in our dirty clothes when we are in the shower

4. The way she just loves people! Any stranger can look at her and the ears go back and the tail starts wagging and she is ready to give kisses

5. The way she loves my parents dog, Annie. All you have to do is say the word Annie and the ears perk up and the head tilts. When they meet up she looks like a kid in a candy store.

I love how its "the best day ever" when we come home.

I love how Casey still wags her tail even when I am yelling at her for rummaging through the garbage. I love how she runs to get her squeaky to show us when she sees us coming up the driveway and then puts in our laps as if to say, "isn't my squeaky just great?"

I love how Tally sounds like an ewok- moaning and groaning when she wants a milk bone. I love how she stomps her back legs and shakes her butt back and forth like she is dancing when we scratch her tushy....

I love how abby wimpers in the morning to come onto the bed with us like its the only place she wants to be and has to lick us both for an hour before she goes back to bed like she missed us soooo much while she was sleeping.


I love when she looks at me like I cant do anything wrong in her eyes

I love how she knows DHs car alarm sound and no matter what she is doing at the time, when she hears it, she takes off for the front door to wait.

omg this is soooo cute

1. the way she goes swimming with me
and cant let me be in the pool by myself b.c she feels the need to protect me

2. the way i feel her sleeping in between my legs at night... she loves momma

3.after i take her out of the pool or out of the bath.. she will put a towel down and dry herself off

3 Reasons I love My Dogs:

1: They love to cuddle up-on the couch, in bed, under the covers.

2: They make me laugh uncontrollably in my worst mood

3: They let the baby crawl all over them!

My Auto is right at the door to welcome me with a kiss and a tail wag every day when I come home.

He is so freeking CUTE and loveable.

He likes to sleep in on the weekends with me and also on rainy days.

ohhh only three reasons...
I love my Boogie because:

1. He loves to cuddle up to me and take naps with me on the couch

2. I love when he licks me like crazy

3. I love when he "steals" my shoes/socks/hair ties/anything he can find and sticks it in his bed and thinks I don't see them

This is a great exercise for me. I've been working on some training issues with my dog. He is a rescue and is not easy. But, I love him because:

1. To him, life is a party. Even our trainer said that about him. He reminds me that I should be excited about things like friends stopping over and when the sun is out. Also, he reminds me that it's fun to be outgoing and friendly to strangers, sometimes!!!

2. He is so cuddly and warm.

3. He thinks I am great!

4. He is so cute.

Hercules, my bosten terrier

1-I can leave the house for even just 15 min and the excitement when he sees me is awesome. He is all over me and his greeting is the best.

2-He snuggles and is mooshy especially at nite when hes real tired.

3-He is truly a good dog who is smart and listens and I love him

Reason 1- Whenever mommy comes home from work, they are both waiting by the door.

Reason 2- They love my hugs and kisses. Especially on the belly and neck(such a typical male thing)

Reason 3-Both follow me around crying whenever they want attention, food or a litter change.

oh gosh I dont know if I could list 3 because I just love to gush about my puppy.

i love how he tries to be a retriever. He is a pure breed golden retriever but sometimes he thinks he's a chichuaha, other times he thinks he's a boxer and the few times he thinks he's a retriever is when he tries to retrieve things when we're using them. He likes to retreve DH's shorts, when he's wearing them. Likes to retrieve the blankets when we're sleeping. He especially likes to retrieve the pillows and bring them to the ferrets.

I love his affection towards both human and animal. He loves everything. The ferrets if he cant see them because they are under their blankets or in their hammock he sits down, cries and taps the cage. Once they pop their heads out and he sees they are alright he lays down next to the cage as if he was guarding them.

I love his cute face. He always has this innocent look on his face. DH caught him diggin in the yard and when he yelled the pup sat in the whole and looked at DH with this "I dont know what you're talking about. Must have been another animal but I'll just sit here in case it comes back"

#1 - They are the sweetest, most loving, most wonderful souls I have ever known

#2 - The feeling when they lean up against me when I rest or in my lap when I sit

Because my martin is truly a human trapped in a dogs body

I just love him sleeping in the bed next to me and the DH...for some reason it eases my nerves when i wake up at 3 am with an anxiety attack

Because he truly loves his family and extended family...Whenever my Bil and my sister comes to visit, Martin is sooo happy to see him. Same with Martins grandparents and his great grandparents...He knows who is his family and loves them dearly

Like everyone else -
I love the greeting I get when I come home, like I've been gone for years~

I love the way she follows me from room to room and watches over me the whole time no matter what I do: read, computer, watch tv~

And my fave - when we go to bed and she jumps in the bed and lies down next to me, puts her head on my body and gives the single most contented, happy groan you can imagine. It totally makes me smile every time!

Oh my 2 kitties are so sweet!

I love when Nitro jumps up on the arm of the couch by the door when I am leaving the apartment & swats at me with a little meow that says to me: "PLEASE stay....."


I love when Ashes cuddles with me when I hold him....he likes to be held like a baby....on my shoulder...this is no lap cat here!!! He snuggles his head into my neck under my hair & just purrs away!!


I love when Nitro goes & snuggles in DH's lap & ignores me! He just LOVES DH so much!!!!


ETA...I have to say I LOVE when the cats great me or DH at the door when we come home!!! Like a dog!!

3 reasons i love LUKIN:

-he always takes my side when my and dh fight
-he hugs me. literally in every aspect, it would seriously make your heart melt
-his facial expressions are priceless, the way he cocks his head

-she is the friendliest dog ive ever met in my life and i love the way she loves people (especially kids)
-she walks on her hind legs somtimes like a human
-the way she cries when i come home as if shes saying "i missed you sooo much mommy" even though it breaks my heart

-she talks to me. (woo woo woo)
-the way she wiggles her back on our chests while still managing to sniff our ears
