What wonderful news!!! I'm so glad you found your perfect match (sellers AND house- a rarity!)
I *knew* everything would work out right in the end and I'm so glad you had the patience to see it through. Good for you for just letting it go, putting it in the past and not bothering with the complaints and everything- even if they do deserve it!

I live in Merrick and I love it here. I grew up here and hope to someday buy a home here as well. The schools are great as well.
